Systems Engineer III

(Moved to Cahaba when HP announced that it would be requiring all US based employees working from home offices to move into data centers as of the first of the year. This would have involved an uncompensated move to Atlanta or possibly Washington DC area or comminuting to same which was impractical.) Designing and building intranet web interfaces and applications from exiting databases, as well as creating additional database repositories focused on information security solutions for Cahaba GBA information security compliance team. These interfaces are being built to streamline processes to both monitor information security and to manage security documentation and track critical elements in documenting security compliance in accordance with prevailing compliance standards as well as provide timely access to the data for response to auditor requests. Current efforts are being built in Visual Studio 2015 using ASP.NET, C#, Entity Framework, and AJAX extensions with MS-SQL databases.
